How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We started off as investors in real estate. As we bought more properties, we realized we needed a strong property management company and decided we wanted to start our own to provide optimal service. Our previous background is in engineering and math.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We differentiate ourselves a few different ways. We have invested heavily in technology, which enables us to provide better service for tenants as more tenants are accustomed to using the internet. Technology also enables us to scale the business easier and to pass on savings to owners. Our rates for owners (6% of rent as management fee a month) are typically the lowest in the area. We also have no hidden fees, which owners love. We believe strongly in being a transparent company..... and our positive reviews online are a great indication of our strong service.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 4 offices and we cover Berks, Lancaster, Lebanon, York, Cumberland, and Dauphin counties. We expect to expand to more Eastern PA counties in 2017.
